Where are we heading?

We have a strong vision. We provide financing for businesses that want to grow. We’ve shown it can work in the Czech Republic and we’re now expanding abroad. But for us, it’s about something much deeper: we’re changing the mindset of businesses and their attitude to borrowing money. Thanks to our products, it’s no problem for businesses to ask for an investment and take full advantage of opportunities they would otherwise never have dreamed of. We’re fair and we’re here for them.

What makes us unique?

We’re a start-up. That means we don’t have long approval rounds and every day we are looking for new solutions as we travel into the unknown. At the end of the day, you’ll see your work makes sense and that you have a big impact on what happens and how it happens.

At the same time, we’re no rookies. We have funding, a profit-making model proven in its first years of operation and a great technological product that is not easy to imitate.

What’s more, we have stability in terms of human resources. Our founders don’t simply want to cash in and run. They want to stay, grow, build, and do well with their colleagues.

We to share the unique opportunity to help fulfil the dreams of SMEs, who create the majority of jobs on the market. We’re pumping blood and oxygen into the economy’s main artery, and we’ll never tire of that.

What perspectives do we like to encourage?

• Frankness. It’s important to share your opinion and not be ashamed of it.
• Meaning. When I’m asked to do something that doesn’t make sense, I ask questions until I understand it or the other person understands that it doesn’t make sense.
• Courage. There are no boundaries for us. We don’t stagnate, we try what is possible.
• Patience and faith. We know it’ll work. Nothing is a "problem" for us.
• Independence, responsibility, helpfulness, speed. I am aware of what I contribute to the whole and I keep my word because I know that what I have promised is important to others.
• Apolitical. We don’t lobby, slander, do dirty deals or bullshit. Nor do we want to know how.
• An active attitude to the world. If you don’t like something, change it and don’t moan about it. That’s what we do as individuals and as a company in relation to the market. We find new paths.
• Resilience. Speed,great personal responsibility and constant change are our bread and butter and it’sa joy to embrace them because it makes our job worthwhile.
